The Carsoe cooker type CS 1114.XX is a fully automatic PLC-controlled batch cooker for use on factory trawlers and in plants on shore. The cooker offers high capacity, gentle treatment and is designed to form part of an automatic processing line.The cooker is prepared for data-logging. This can be carried out either at the tap on the PLC of the cooker (positioned in the main board), or at the regulator of the cooker (positioned in the control board).The cooker consists of a system of baskets in which shrimp are cooked one charge at a time. Ultra sound controls the filling of the cooking baskets. A paddle system for stirring ensures uniform cooking.The shrimp are cooled and ready for freezing when leaving the cooker.Time of cooking and cooling as well as temperature can be individually adjusted.The steam cooker is equipped with a pneumatically controlled adjusting valve enabling the cooker to keep a constant temperature without great tem- perature variations.The Carsoe cooker type CS 1114.XX is made of bead blasted and acid resistant steel in open design, facilitating daily cleaning. The cooker requires but a minimum of maintenance.''
