CONTINUOUS COOKER of Danish company Carsoe is a high-quality equipment for food industry. All brand products are subject to constant quality control to ensure their exceptionally functional features and lifelong reliability.Carsoe products are designed with knowledge and expertise based upon many years of experience.
The cooker consists of a conveyor, with stainless steel belt. The belt is electrical driven through the cooking bin. The cooker is mounted with a pump, which ensures uniform cooking of the product.The cooker conveyor and hood, can automatic be lifted out of the water, with 2 hydraulic operated cylinders. Then the cooker is complete open for easily cleaning.Time of cooking and temperature can be individually adjusted. The steam cooker is equipped with a pneumatically control- led adjusting valve enabling the cooker to keep a constant temperature without great temperature variations.The Carsoe cooker type CS 1116.XX is made of bead blasted and acid resistant steel in an open design, facilitating daily cleaning.
